Hi, I'm

Johnny Quinn

Johnny Quinn NFL

Seeing my name in an NFL locker room at 22 years old was a dream come true.

But by age 26, I’d been cut three times, lost $2.6 million, and blew out my knee. I thought my story was over…

Turns out, sometimes the best chapters are written when you have no idea what’s next.

Johnny Quinn - Winter Olympics
That “What's next?” moment led me to the Winter Olympics as a bobsledder for the U.S. national team.

I was selected for the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, going from never seeing a bobsled before to being slingshotted around an icy track at 80 miles per hour on the world’s biggest stage.

It showed me that a major setback on a lifelong dream wasn’t the end of my story; it was just the beginning. It was the story I couldn’t, and wouldn’t, have written for myself—and it was far greater than I could ever have imagined.

Today, I travel the country sharing that same framework with teams who are facing their own “what’s next” moments.

From Fortune 500 companies to industry conferences, I’ve spoken to thousands of people who need to know that their current challenge might just be preparing them for their next greatest breakthrough.

Organizations like Toyota, Southwest Airlines, and Lockheed Martin bring me in because I deliver more than motivation—I provide a proven system that teams can implement immediately to build unstoppable momentum.

My P.U.S.H. framework has helped leaders and teams collaborate more effectively, stay agile during change, and maintain momentum no matter what season they’re in.

I understand the fundamentals that matter when everything’s on the line—because I’ve been there, and it can be tough. The pressure to perform when stakes are high, the need to work together when resources are tight, the reality that setbacks often become setups. I share what actually works when there’s no room for error.
